Building a BTL/SA portfolio
I started working with William in 2021, and during this time, I've built a portfolio of four BTL/SA properties. William took the time to understand my long-term goals. Highly recommended.
After having a bad experience with another sourcing company I was wary. HOWEVER. Flyt was wonderful. Handled everything from sourcing to refurb. The bookings have been great. Most months only a couple of days empty.
Completed in March. Refurb in April. First booking 2 weeks at the end of April.

Super simple from start to finish
Super simple from start to finish; the property was sourced with all information provided.
After completion and a light refurb, the property in on the usual websites and the first booking arrived extremely quickly. A longer booking of three weeks is also in the bag - so basically the property is fully booked for the first month it's available.
Great support and communication from William throughout, and also from Heather who is heading up the management side.
Early days but happy so far and would recommend you start the conversation with William about your property journey.

Excellent SA Property Sourcing and Management Company
Best company! William sourced a property for us which completed early May 24. He has managed a full refurb for the property and transformed it completely with new bathroom, new flooring and carpets and painting and execution has been very smooth and within budget. It was truly completely passive and no involvement from us.
Additionally William and Heather has taken on the management of this property in July. Bookings are flying and property already hitting promised results.
An excellent company to deal with, they are highly recommended for sourcing, refurbishment, furnishing and management!
